For Squarespace, I actually think this should be a blog collection, even if private.

Why a blog works:

• each paper can be its own entry

• you can tag posts

• later you can surface selected posts publicly

• it prevents one massive notes page

Use categories like:

• Clinical trials

• Safety / ARIA

• Monitoring

• Eligibility

• Workflow / implementation

• Neuropsychology

• CMS / reimbursement

• Blood biomarkers / diagnostics

For each paper/post, use the same template:

• Citation

• Study type

• Population

• Main findings

• Clinical relevance

• Limitations

• My takeaways

• Questions it raises
