Created to Bring Clarity, Connection, and Care

At the heart of my work is a deep passion for helping people find the right information, the right resources, and the right support at the right time. Over the years, I found myself creating referral lists, researching community supports, breaking down complex concepts, and walking families step-by-step through decisions, time and time again, because knowledge and connection truly change lives.

The Resource Hub grew out of that love.

What began as a simple referral guide has grown into a living library of mental-health resources, community supports, and curated provider connections across California, New York, and Connecticut. It is the companion to my clinical site filled with clear psychoeducation, vetted providers, and community resources in the areas I’m most dedicated to, aging and memory care, mental health, and care for the cleft community.

A Growing Space for Support and Clarity

This Hub will continue to grow and evolve so you’ll always have a place to return to as your needs, questions, or circumstances change. My hope is that it offers a helpful starting point, somewhere you can find clear information, feel less overwhelmed, and know you’re not navigating things alone.

If you’d like more guidance, are considering a consultation or evaluation, or want to talk about resources, I’d be happy to connect. Or if you want more clarity about the clinical side of things, visit my clinical site, where I discuss different evaluations and how I guide people through that process.
