About the Hub

This Resource Hub grew out of something I’ve always loved doing in my clinical work—sharing clear, accessible psychoeducation, helping people navigate next steps, and connecting them with trusted providers who truly fit their needs.

What began as a simple referral guide has grown into a living library of mental-health resources, community supports, and curated provider connections across California, New York, and Connecticut. Here, you’ll find:

  • Clear explanations and definitions to make complex topics easier to navigate

  • Community-based resources you can access with confidence

  • Curated referrals to mental-health providers, specialists, and organizations

This hub is always evolving. Check back as new guides, tools & resources are added.

If you’re at a point where an evaluation feels like the right next step, or you simply want more clarity about what’s going on, you’re always welcome to visit my clinical site, where I describe the different types of evaluations I offer and how I guide people through the process.
